Paperwork for Free and Reduced Meals MUST be filled out yearly.  Paperwork must be filled in correctly before it will be approved.  Families with multiple children at different schools need only turn in one application at one school.  All qualifying student information is forwarded to other schools in the district.  Filling out the application at the beginning of the school year is encouraged.  Each household is responsible for any negative amount accrued before the paperwork is turned in to the school district.  

SNAP, TANIF, FDPIR are all government programs listed on the Free & Reduced application, filling in the number for any State or Federal program is required.  NO Exceptions.

No application is transferred from School District to School District.   A new application must be filled out if you change school districts during the school year.   

****Students are not allowed to charge more than $20.00 (negative) on their meal accounts.  If a student does have a negative meal balance of -$20.01 they will receive an alternate lunch.  A peanut butter sandwich, fruit and juice will be provided at no charge.  Breakfast will not be served to any student with a negative -$20.01 account balance.****

Any student with a -$20.01 meal account, who has cash to pay for that day's meal will be allowed to eat the hot lunch.  

Any Middle or High School student who has a negative meal account will not be allowed to purchase from the Alacarte sideline until the negative amount has been paid.  

Parents/Guardians are encouraged to follow your student's meal accounts through the student portal (Tyler).  Cashiers will also answer any questions you might have.  Time frames to call the cashiers with questions: 
8 am to 10:45 am.
Cashiers will not have Tyler or phone access during meal service.  

Deposits in your student's meal accounts can be made online or by sending a check to your student's school.  Your student is encouraged to turn in the money at the beginning of the school day.  


This year K-12 will all have the same options for a 2nd entree.  Students will choose the menu'ed hot lunch or the 2nd choice entree (listed below) 
Monday - Corn Dog 
Tuesday - BBQ Rib on Bun
Wednesday - PBJ Jammer
Thursday - Chicken Sandwich on Bun (Middle and High School will be a spicy chicken sandwich) 
Friday - Bosco Sticks with Marinara 

Middle and High School will have the salad bar offered daily.  

Yogurt will not be offered at the Elementary Schools this year.  

K-12 fresh veggies or side salad will be offered every other day for lunch.
