Online Registration is now available for the 2024-25 School Year!
Parents must register their children online every year, even if they are returning SR3 students.
A special note for bus riders: Students who plan to use district-provided transportation for the 2024-25 school year need to fill out the 2024 Bus Registration Form HERE and complete their district online registration.
What IS online registration?
Online registration consists of filling out yearly school registration forms electronically. This saves you from a mountain of paperwork in August, and it is the best way to ensure your information is current, correct, and complete.

How do I register my students online?
Parents and guardians will register their student(s) using the TeacherEase Student Information System. To complete registration, simply log in and follow the prompts. You may find our Parent’s Guide to Online Registration helpful if you prefer a visual guide.
Never used TeacherEase before?
That’s okay; you probably already have an account if …
Your child attended one of our SR3 campuses during the 2023-24 school year,
You attended a Kindergarten screening this spring and filled out enrollment paperwork or
Your child attended Avenue City and is now moving to SHS.
To log in, visit the TeacherEase log-in page, enter your email address, and select the ‘forgot password’ link. TeacherEase will send an automated email to your inbox with instructions for resetting your password. Hint: this is also a great option for those who really did forget their password. Don’t forget to check your spam folder for automated e-mail if you don’t find it in your inbox.

Unfortunately, TeacherEase does not currently accommodate new enrollments. If your family is new to Savannah R3, please contact the building secretary after August 1st.
TeacherEase App
We think registration works best via the Chrome browser on a computer, but if you prefer, a TeacherEase app is available for free for Apple or Android users. In addition to registration, the app allows you to add lunch money to your student(s) account, pay fees online, and check grades. Please note that downloading the app is not required.
No Computer?
No problem! If you do not have internet access, computers are available at each building beginning August 1st during regular business hours and back-to-school nights. You must have an email address to access the TeacherEase Parent Portal.

There IS such a thing as Free Lunch!
We encourage all families to fill out an application for free or reduced meal benefits as soon as possible. New in 2023 Lunch applications can be filled out online via online registration through the TeacherEase parent portal! We are excited to offer this convenient and discrete option to our families. Printable copies of the application can also be found on our website or in the front office of any SR3 school.
Please note that all information must be filled out completely for an application to be processed. Failure to complete or accurately complete the form will result in the application being sent home for updated information, which will delay the processing of your application.

A note for High School Students...
Online registration must be completed BEFORE you get your schedule, sign up for a locker, or do anything else during on-campus registration week. Save yourself some time and do it before you go! Computers will be available in the commons area for anyone who needs to use a computer or complete registration that day.
