The 6th annual Helena auction is coming up on March 11th. What IS the auction? PTO's biggest fundraiser! This year, the auction will be held at Sycamore Tree in Savannah and have a Mardi Gras theme. Information will be coming home soon about purchasing tickets for the event. These tickets cover your admission and dinner by our very own Gina- gumbo and fried chicken. After dinner, there will be a quarter auction and live auction. There is always a wide variety of donations for the auction- gift cards, craft projects, Chiefs memorabilia, and SO many more items! As a result of this evening, several thousand dollars are raised each year for our school.
How can you help with the auction? PTO is in need of live auction items such as homemade gifts, gift baskets, and/ or baked goods. Items already donated include: KC Zoo tickets, one month of weekly produce from ANB Produce, a date night from The Benton Club, and a photo session. PTO is also asking for gift cards for the quarter auction. If you have a business connection that you are able/ willing to ask for a donation, we have a donation letter that can be shared. Any items can be sent to the school office. There is also an auction committee for those that are interested in volunteering. All donations need to be turned in no later than March 1, 2023.
