SMS Football Equipment Check-out
will be held Thursday, August 13
From 4:00-6:00pm @ SMS.
Enter thru the SMS Gym doors
on the North side of the school.
All students must wear a mask
to enter the building.
Any parent that enters the building
must wear a mask as well. Please
limit to 1 Parent per student.
Bring current physicals.
Health forms will be handed out.
All equipment will be provided except
Football cleats.
