The SR3 Human Resources Department is responsible for the recruitment, evaluation, and retention of certified and classified staff; evaluation of personnel policies to ensure district compliance; collaborating with the Professional Development team to provide coordination for the induction of new staff members into the district, and collaborating with the Finance department to ensure efficient and effective business operations.

Savannah R3 School District is known for strong educational excellence within the Savannah community. SR3 currently serves about 2,300 students and 300 staff.
